Any taxpayer establishing a cube or seasonal shop shall register under Casual Taxable Person. To register as a casual taxable person, the taxpayer shall pay a deposit equal to the quantum of GST liability. The liability should match the active enrollment ages. The enrollment remains dynamic for 3 months.

4. Non-Resident Taxable Person:

The order non-resident taxable person applies to individuals located outside of India. To register as a casual taxable person, the taxpayer shall pay a deposit equal to the quantum of GST liability. The liability should match the active enrollment ages. The registration remains dynamic for 3 months.

How to apply for GST registration online?

To get a GST number you need to apply for GST enrollment by visiting the GST gates is WWW.gst.gov.in. To start the process You need to have a valid E-mail address and mobile number.

Step for Apply GST Enrollment:

 1: Visit the GST gates – https://www.gst.gov.in

2: Click on the ‘Register Now link which can be set up under the ‘Taxpayers’ tab

 3: Select ‘New Registration’.

4: Fill in the below-mentioned details:

Under the drop-down menu, select ‘Taxpayer’.

Select the respective state and district.

Enter the name of the business.

Then Enter the PAN of the business.

Enter the dispatch ID and mobile number in the rate boxes. The entered dispatch ID and So mobile number must be active as OTPs will be transferred to them.

Enter the image that is shown on the screen and click on ‘do’.

5: On the coming runners, enter the OTP that was transferred to the dispatch ID and also mobile number in separate boxes.

 6: Once the details have been entered, click on ‘do’.

 7: The TRN will be displayed on the page for you to see. Make a note of the TRN.

 8: Visit the GST gates l again and also click on ‘Register’ under the ‘Taxpayers’ menu.

 9: Select ‘Temporary Reference Number (TRN)’.

 10: Enter the Tax registered number and also the captcha details.

 11: Click on ‘do’.

 12: You will admit an OTP on your dispatch ID and So registered mobile number. So Enter the OTP on the coming runners and click on ‘Proceed’.

 13: The status of your operation will be available on the coming runners On the right side, there will be an Edit icon, click on it

 14: Fill in all the application details and Then submit the necessary documents for the 10 sections in the upcoming runners.

 15: Visit the ‘Verification’ runners and alsocheck the protestation. Also, apply by using one of the below-mentioned styles By- a sign system. By using the e-Sign method, the law will be transferred to the registered mobile number.

An One-Time Password will immediately be dispatched to the mobile number connected with also the Aadhaar card. Then Completing the registration process for companies requires the submission of a Digital Signature (DSC) by an authorized representative.

 16: Once you have completed the process, the screen will display a successful communication message. Then system will send the Operation Reference Number (ARN) and the dispatch ID to the registered mobile number.

So For the offline process, you have to visit GST Seva Kendra along with all documents. There is also no Enrollment figure for GST.
